Measurement Training Request
According to the ASPIRE State Lead, the CSPP Contractor survey reported that CA has enough trainers to provide the necessary trainings across the state. If there is a need to increase trainers in your county, please email aspirestatelead@edcoe.org.
Trainer Transition Request
According to the ASPIRE State Lead, last year the majority of the trainers have transitioned to CLASS 2nd Edition. If there is a need for a trainer in your county to transition, please email aspirestatelead@edcoe.org.
Trainer Recertification Product Key Request
Please complete the following form to request CLASS 2nd Edition PreK-3 Trainer recertification product keys. Product Key requests are ordered on the first of every month and you should receive your code by email within 5-10 business days.

CLASS New Observer Training Opportunities
Certified CLASS Observers play a critical role in supporting organizations' continuous quality improvements. Without the data insights collected from the observations, organizations would be unable to create data-driven improvement initiatives that focus on the quality of interactions.

Becoming a PreK-3 CLASS 2.0 Observer for CSPP programs can be challenging as you navigate all the requirements. Please use the linked graphic as a guide while completing the certification process.
Transitioning from CLASS 2008 Observer to CLASS 2nd Edition Observer
There are five steps to transition from CLASS 2008 to CLASS 2nd Edition. Please refer to the attached graphic for guidance. Transition training can be completed asynchronously through your Teachstone dashboard or by participating in a full-day virtual transition training session. Please note that Region B is not offering the virtual training option. If you wish to attend the full-day transition training, kindly email aspireregionb@edcoe.org, and we will provide information about available training sessions across the state.
CLASS PreK-K Environment for Observers
To qualify for the CLASS PreK-K Environment for Observers product key, you must be a certified and reliable CLASS Observer. CLASS PreK-K Environment product keys are ordered on the first of every month and materials are shipped to you within two weeks of the order placed. Region B will validate all applicants through Teachstone. Please ensure that your address on your Teachstone dashboard lists California (CA) as your state so that your name appears on their Reliable Observer List. Kindly submit your CLASS Observer Reliability certificate via email to aspirereginb@edcoe.org.
